At this time, you can add funds via bank transfers. In the future, we plan to introduce additional methods such as debit/credit card payments and third-party platforms.
Are there any fees for adding money?
During the Beta phase, depositing funds into your wallet is completely free. We strive to maintain transparency with no hidden fees.
What are the minimum and maximum deposit amounts?
- Minimum Deposit: €10
- Maximum Deposit: €10,000 (or up to €500 if your account isn’t fully verified)
- Note: for transactions exceeding these limits, completing the full KYC process is required.
What should I do if my deposit is declined?
We understand how frustrating this can be! Deposits can be declined for several reasons, including:
- Insufficient funds – Please check if your bank account, card, or ewallet balance has enough funds for the deposit.
- Incorrect payment details – Double-check your card number, CVV, expiration date, or bank details for any typos.
- Bank restrictions – Some bank providers block transactions to ewallets. You may need to check with your bank.
- Security or fraud prevention measures – Banks sometimes decline transactions if they detect unusual activity.
- Processing delays or system issues – Temporary issues with the payment provider or banking network could affect the transaction.
